We will give a full refund within 24 hours to any non-delivered orders which may include these following cases:
  • As requested by the customers before we processed the orders, shipped or digital emailed.
  • Orders that fail the verification process.
  • Once your orders are delivered, shipped or digital emailed, we will not accept return and refund unless the delivered products are not as described.
